Oil-free - Oil contamination of the gas is excluded by oil free compression of the compressors. They are the right choice in case pipeline integrity is key concern or downstream devices might be effected by oil.
Thanks to their PTFE piston rings and long distance pieces, the compression chambers are perfectly oil-free.
Energy savings - The oil-free reciprocating piston compressors save energy by generating the exact flow that matches the real utilization of the process. A wide variety of regulation systems are selectable. The choice ranges from load/unload regulation by means of a unloading valve, partial flow by-pass, variable flow operation by motor speed regulation or a combination of the above solutions. In combination with excellent volumetric compression efficiencies the oil-free reciprocating piston compressor enjoys a favorable operating cost.
High reliability – Low piston speed and low inter-stage temperatures extend service intervals up to 8000 running hours hence reduce operating costs and preserve the inner parts of the machines. The horizontal cylinder design ensures ease of installation due to a low vibration/pulsation for increased reliability. The machine design is derived from API 618. On top of this the horizontally placed cylinder design allows easy and full access to the main components and reduce unproductive time during maintenance tasks.
Oil-free reciprocating piston compressors suit a variety of applications and are adapted to meet a wide range of gas compositions and inlet pressures. Both compressors skids and complete containerized variants equipped with drying, purification systems and controls are available.
